Who we are
CravingReset is an independent software product developed and operated by an individual under the CravingReset brand.
The service
CravingReset is a self-help pause tool: it shows calorie and effort estimates for a craving and gives you a moment to decide on purpose. It is not medical advice, not therapy, and not a treatment for any condition — including eating disorders. If you think you may have an eating disorder, please talk to a qualified professional. Calorie and walking-time figures are rough estimates for reflection, not measurements.
Free tier
The free tier includes 3 full reality checks per day (unlimited on your first day), plus one self-claimed emergency pause per day. Counters reset at local midnight and live only in your browser storage — clearing site data resets them.
Premium subscription
Premium removes the daily cap. It is offered as a monthly plan, a yearly plan with a 7-day free trial, and a one-time lifetime option. Prices are shown on the pricing page before you pay. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com (Paddle). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all purchases and handles payment processing, applicable sales tax and VAT, receipts, and billing-related customer support. CravingReset remains responsible for product access and technical support; your payment details never touch our servers.
Premium unlocks on the device and browser you activate on. Since there are no accounts, clearing site data removes the local unlock flag — just re-enter the transaction id from your Paddle receipt on the activation page to restore it, no email needed.
Refund policy and cancellation
Cancel anytime from the link in your purchase receipt email; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep Premium until the paid period ends. The 7-day trial converts to a paid yearly plan only if you don't cancel during the trial. If you were charged and feel the product isn't for you, email us within 14 days of the charge for a full refund, processed by Paddle to your original payment method — no questions, no guilt.
Your data
Your focus goal, usage counters, win history, and Premium flag are stored on your device only. See the Privacy policy for details.
Acceptable use
CravingReset is for personal, non-commercial use. Don't scrape the site, misrepresent the service as medical treatment, or resell access.
No warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't promise weight loss or any health outcome — only a pause button.
Changes
If these terms change materially, we will update this page and the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
